The Mumbai Guidebook Reading Room features one hundred years of introductions to the City of Dreams.

Intended for a diverse array of visitors, ranging from 19th Century European travelers, to 20th Century British soldiers, to 21st Century cosmopolitan tourists, the collection is a chronological urban welcome through varied historical contexts. 

* All Urbs Indis material is accessible by appointment at the Urban Design Research Institute Library in Kala Ghoda, Mumbai.
