SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Returns

 

Bombay Imagined is scheduled to be printed in February 2022. 

 

Local and International Shipping of all pre-orders of Bombay Imagined are scheduled to commence in March 2022. Customs may apply for orders shipped out of India. Customer will bear any customs expenses. 

 

In case of any delays in production or shipping of Bombay Imagined, Urbs Indis will contact you directly. 

 

While we do not anticipate any setbacks, production and shipping may be delayed due to COVD-19 and other unforseen circumstances including fire, transportation problems, accident, illness, technical problems or any other cause beyond the control of Urbs Indis. We will inform you if any such circumstances arise and will initiate refunds if we are not able to fulfill your order in full. 

 

We will not be able to accept returns. If you have a question about the product you have received, please write to us at robert@urbsindis.com

 

Refunds 

 

On receiving a pre-order of Bombay Imagined, Urbs Indis will reserve the product agreed upon for the customer. For this reason, refunds initiated by the customer on pre-orders will only be accepted within 5 days of the order being placed and will be limited to 75% of the product cost including shipping.

In the event of any unforseen circumstances (as referenced under ‘Returns’) cancelling the production of Bombay Imagined, a full refund  will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days as per the terms and conditions of our payment gateway (Razorpay). 

 

If you chose to pay manually (bank transfer or GPay), please contact robert@urbsindis.com for a refund request.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you are eligible for a refund and not received it yet, please first check your bank account again.

​

Then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before a refund is officially posted.

 

Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
